DIRECTOR

DEANE SHEPHERD

Blueprint as a brand continues to push the envelope in the local event execution and decor industry, through our use of creative thinking, innovation, technology and of course a driven team. Our investment in new technology helps us to deliver better quality events which touch all the senses of guests attending our clients’ events. We boast a full-service experience for clients, offering graphic design, motion graphics, decor, audiovisual, and production, all under one roof.

 

We ensure that the event lighting, audio, screens, and production elements coexist in a manner that immerses guests in the essence of our clients’ brands. We remain even more committed to delivering first-class customer service and to further push the boundaries of what an event should look and feel like.

 

Our continued investment in team training, including our field technicians,  will ensure that our clients continue to experience first-class service and innovative design.

Business Development

The Business Development department is a driving force behind creative ideas, generating new sales leads, analysing business processes and identifying growth opportunities to generate additional revenue, whilst keeping a competitive advantage within the event industry.

 

Our role also includes pitching our services to new and existing clients, maintaining good working relationships with our clients and training team members in order to develop their skills. This department also branches out into generating marketing and promotional strategies for the company.

Marketing

The Marketing Department is responsible for the overall brand management and corporate identity for the company. This includes the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short and long term.

 

Marketing assists with new product development and launches, pricing, as well as creating new business opportunities. This department also implements and assesses sponsorship plans and budgets for increasing revenues in a cost-effective manner.

Client Experience

The Client Experience team performs the core function of the company. We bring event concepts to life and ensure that every detail of each event is executed to the highest standard.

 

Our main duties include maintaining event budgets, liaising with stakeholders during the event process, and managing event set-up, pull down & follow-up processes.

 

We are also responsible for managing client expectations to ensure that their vision is meticulously achieved.

Graphics

The Graphics team forms the creative studio of Blueprint where we create visualizations of event concepts. With our creations, clients are able to see what their event will look like before event day.

 

We also create still and motion graphics for events.

Technical Experience

The Technical Experience team is responsible for the execution of the production elements of each event. We possess high-level skills that allow us to prepare, rig and operate: audio, visual, lighting, trussing and stage systems.

 

Our responsibilities also entail the assembly of the technical team, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, handling any problems that may arise on-site and managing event logistics.
